Hello! My name is Alana Aplin, and I am an undergraduate student in the Early Childhood Education program at Auburn University. I was born and raised in Slocomb, Alabama. I currently attend Auburn University, where I am a junior. I am apart of Auburn University's First year Experience orientation leaders.  In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, playing with my dogs, and working with children. I have always enjoyed working with children! One of my favorites quotes is, "Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world."-Nelson Mandela. This quote says so much about the impact teachers have on students lives. I can't wait to have an impact on students lives!
